I wonder if this feature isn't a little late. Haven't
Hotmail had it since years ago?
Google Gmail e-mail service have added virus scanning to e-mail
attachments. I believe not letting you download the attachments if
they contain a virus is a mistake. What if I have my tools to remove
it? What if I have an isolated environment that I don't care to be
infected because I need to see the attachment's content at all cost?
It seems virus protection is one of the most looked-for features these
days. There is a specific domain to promote the beta of the new
Microsoft security package,
Windows OneCare Live
that includes an antivirus and other security tools. Juan Pablo Rizzo
have tryed it and comments on a possible problem you might have between
Windows OneCare Live and VPN connectivity.
